What Was the Farthest Distance Your Parcel Had to Travel?

I'm about to ship off to Taiwan from Germany and it got me thinking how far beautiful things must travel sometimes to get to their owner. We live in a small world these days, but some distances are still impressive.
To what remotest place have you sent something you sold and from where?

  4. From the eastern US to Tokyo, Japan. Made it in exactly one week! I thought that was pretty good.

  5. How funny, I had a big order from Taiwan today (in my vintage shop). I wonder if it was the same person. I have also shipped to Australia but have to be careful with my handmade stuff as they don't let lavender in and one of my customers had her parcel confiscated!! Now I put a warning on all my lavender bags.

But when I ship items to my family in South Africa, only about 70% actually arrive at them.

  7. From London, the furthest I've ever had to send a sale is definitely back home to New Zealand! I think thats as far as you can get without going off world from here... x

Btw, I absolutely love New Zealand, I visited a few years back and it really does feel like you're about to fall off the Earth.

  9. At the moment I live in Thailand so I guess sending something to Calgary in Canada would be the furthest. I have regular customers in New York and California too which is rather a long way!
